5. NON-PLAYING LIFE MEMBERSHIP.

Please ensure that you have submitted a 2018 membership form to the Club BEFORE remitting your fee(s), available here.  We are unable to grant full membership of the category requested until a membership form is completed and returned to the Club, as directed.  Your membership will remain inactive until we receive a membership form.
